Chef Chris Cogswell


Chef Chris Cogswell creates one of the most exciting restaurants in the southern pacific coast of Costa Rica with his wife and child. Chef Chris has been cooking for over 25 years.. he learned the love of cooking from a family friend at a very young age, where he was always welcomed in the kitchen & at 14 was put to work chopping lettuce and washing dishes. Over the years he worked in different restaurants and fell in love with flavors from all over the world and practiced ways of bringing them together in unique and delicious ways. Here Chris had combined his passion of regenerative farming, culinary fusion and functional nutrition to provide complex and creative dishes made 100% from scratch using all natural and whole ingredients.
